What we collect
When you request a tour, send a message or a repair request, we collect what you type (such as your name, phone, email, household size, income range and move-in timing) and any photos you attach. When a resident or applicant signs in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google to confirm who you are. When you sign a lease online we record your typed name, your Google-verified email, the time and your browser type.
How we use it
Only to schedule tours, review rental applications, manage your lease, rent and repairs, and to send you related emails and reminders. We do not sell or share your information for advertising. Rental applications and screening reports are handled by Zillow under its own privacy policy.
Where it's kept
Records are kept in the property's private Google account (Google Calendar, Sheets and Drive) and in the property's email. Access is limited to the property manager.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law (for example, lease and payment records), by sending a message through the contact form on this site. California residents may have additional rights under California law.
